On May 19, 2026, I graduated from Villanova University with a BBA in Management Information Systems and Business Analytics, and a 3.54 GPA.
It is hard to put into words what this one means.
I came to the United States from Korea in 2015 as a teenager, with a new language to learn and a lot to figure out. I served in the Korean army at the line between two Koreas. I worked through internships and late nights and a field, AI, that I fell for hard and have not stopped building in since.
The Korean flag on my sash is on purpose. I carry where I came from into everything I do.
A degree is a marker on the trail, not the destination. I am pointing at the same thing I have been pointing at for a while now. Becoming an applied AI engineer who ships real, useful things. The walk continues.
