The future of AI is swarms of small agents working together, not one giant model doing everything. Almost like inserting new employees into an org chart, except the employees are agents.
And you cannot ship those agents on vibes. They need evals built from real failures, not synthetic checklists. The grader can lie. The transcripts cannot.
So I build that way.
